The villa is a short drive out of the town heading towards Geris/Gumusluk and has several parking spaces inside the property's entrance and outside. The Dolmus (minibus) also runs along the main road near to the entrance and will take you into Yalikavak in minutes

Set on a 1000m2 plot, spacious Villa Pasion is laid out on one single level (bungalow style) with no internal stairs making it ideal for families with children or those who do not wish to climb stairs to reach bedrooms. The villa has a panorama of partial sea views to the right and beautiful hillside views which light up at night after the fabulous sunsets. The large sliding doors/windows which span the frontage lead to the larger than average private pool, paved pool deck with dining area and lawned, planted private gardens. A HUGE BONUS is the sea shore and beach at Geris is literally 500m/750m walk away!
