Peviously the villa had been used only by its Turkish owners as a lovingly cared for private family holiday home now it is available for our guests to enjoy the Endless Views. In an unrivalled location, the distinct feature of Aegean Views is the emphasis on outside living hence it is furnished and designed with this in mind.
This is a comfortable detached 3 bedroom villa with 3 generous size shower rooms, one being en-suite. The stunning views over the Aegean Sea to small Turkish islands and further afield the Greek islands are breathtaking and offer some of the best sea views in the area. From Aegean View's first floor balcony, its roof terrace on the second floor and the large garden with private pool you'll be lucky enough to witness probably the best sunsets on the Bodrum Peninsula. Aegean Views has spacious outside living areas with a covered veranda area adjacent to the private pool equipped with dining furniture and BBQ for al fresco dinners and sundowners. There is also another dining area on the roof terrace which has a small kitchenette so you can relax as you watch the sunset over supper.

Aegean Views Villa sits on the hillside above Gumuskaya beaches and coastline, approx 5km and a 8/10 minute drive to Yalikavak Marina and Yalikavak resort centre. In less than 10 mins, all restaurants, beaches, amenities etc are located. Due to the elevated location, uninterrupted sea views and memorable sunsets are assured.
Yalikavak has a varity of restaurants, beach clubs, bars, cafes, shops etc and the weekly market (bazaar) on Tuesday and Thursdays is a colourful sight, always worth a visit during your time in Yalikavak. At one end of the town is the smart Marina with high end branded shops, restaurants, cafes, the other end of town (connected by a beach path) is the old harbour and town. The old town has pedestrian only streets lined with shops, restaurants, cafes where you can enjoy typical Turkish hospitality. The old harbour has restaurants lining the water until you reach the beach.
The villa is aproximately a 45 minute drive from/to Bodrum Milas International Airport and from the villa a 15/20 minute drive to central Bodrum, Bodrum Castle, Bodrum Marina, shops, restaurants etc
The Bodrum Peninsula
On the Bodrum Peninsula buildings are not permitted to be built more than 2 storeys high, and there are no buildings higher than 3 stories in the whole Peninsula. This tends to make the area look particularly attractive. Most of the buildings are white washed cubes, similar to those in the Greek Islands. This is because this part of Turkey used to belong to Greece and some of the Greek Islands used to belong to Turkey. As you can imagine, there is a lot of history around the area.

Designed for Summer outside living, this villa's spacious outside areas are contained behind wall shields, providing privacy. The gardens have mature planting around the edges providing sun and shade around the pool terrace and lawns.
You can enjoy Aegean View's 10m x 4m private pool whilst admiring the endless views from the 3 levels of pool terrace, mid-level terrace or roof terrace! The terrace and garden is quite private and has plenty of space for sun loungers, the trendy cocoon hanging swing chairs, BBQ and pool level dining. Other seating/dining spaces are also at mid terrace and roof terrace, perfect for sundowners, evening al-fresco dinners and admiring those Endless Views ...

The villa was a cottage like mood but from inside everything was modern and renewed. Also we received the villa in perfect shape. The views were really amazing. We enjoyed the villa; it was well-stocked with everything we needed and we very much appreciated the welcome package. We arrived very late and it was nice to wake with the fixings for coffee and breakfast! We appreciated Sara’s help (especially so late at night) to get us acclimated and throughout our stay when we had questions and concerns. It is a beautiful part of the world and we loved being there!
