Narince Mare A, Koyunbaba/Gumusluk is one of just 1 of 13 super conemporary modern villas on a small new development close to Gumusluk Bay, each villa

Each villa is almost identical, with the same layout, each has a private pool and garden, these villas, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms are great value compared to other 4 bedroom villas offered in other areas of the Bodrum Peninsula. The villas are laid out over 3 floors

We've viewed these villas in April 2025 and were impressed with their quality and contemporary furnishing style, which is why we're offering them for rent... Only 9 of these villas are being offered for rent, new for the 2025 Summer season

The development is in a quiet area of Koyunbaba/Gumusluk on a parcel of non sea-facing land close to Gumusluk Bay (a short 4/5 minute drive away). If you continue past Gumusluk you can also reach the public beach of Kadikalesi and a few minutes further on, the Marina resort and beach of Turgutreis.

Take the opposite route away from Gumusluk and in 15 mins you'll reach the vibrant resort of Yalikavak and Yalikavak Marina

Narince Mare A is a super holiday home to relax in peace and quiet and gives you access to explore all other Bodrum Peninsula towns and villages.

Gumusluk Bay itself is charming and has little tourist shops leading down from the parking area to the sea. At the sea side you'll find waterside restaurants lining the bay (our favourite is Aquarium), as well as boutique hotels and shops. The area has a great vibe and is a well known historic tourist attraction with a Bohemian feel
