Interiors are well finished, comfortable and stylish, with a modern, easy holiday feel throughout. The overall layout works well for families or small groups of up to 7, although a couple of the bedrooms are more compact, so the emphasis is on quality and thoughtful presentation rather than oversized accommodation.

East of Aegean villa is situated in the stunning Gumuskaya area of Yalikavak Bodrum, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and Greek Islands. The villa offers lots of outside space and a private pool, as well as use of the larger on-site pool, a couple of mins walk away.
Inside, you'll find a contemporary furnished open plan living dining area, new fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor terrace/garden space has seating, dining and BBQ. Enjoy the truly wonderful sea views and sunsets from the terrace and balcony. At night, the hillside opposite comes alive when it lights up, a really pretty, interesting view

East of Aegean has a few steps leading from the parking driveway to the pool terrace and entrance door.
Ground Floor: Entrance hall, Bedroom 4, with double bed, shower room, Open Plan Liiving/Dining Room, Kitchen
First Floor: Up stairs to Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, not yet shown on the photos - the old bath has now been replaced by a walk-in shower), sliding doors leading to balcony, sea views. Up several internal stairs to Bedrooms 2 & 3, which share use of the family shower room. Bedroom 3 upstairs has a single bed with a work desk/table for Laptop, Bedroom 2, upstairs, has a large double bed, with sliding doors leading to the sea-facing views and balcony

The villa has barrier fencing and for our guests who require pool privacy, we often cover the fencing so ladies can swim without being seen from the outside

To make a booking reservation for this property please select your start date on the calendar below, then select the number of nights and follow the instructions to complete the booking form.
Your booking request will automatically reserve your selected dates on our system. We will contact you shortly within 24 hours to confirm the booking.
Please note: Your booking remains provisional until it has been confirmed by us and the reservation deposit is paid.

Things to know about East of Aegean Villa
East of Aegean is approx 8 mins drive from Yalikavak Marina/Port , Bodrum, Turkey
Contemporary and modern building with a new owner for 2023 who has upgraded the villa inside and out. Bath in Master Bedroom en-suite has been replaced by a walk in shower (not yet photographed)
For our guests requiring pool privacy, the barrier fencing can be canvas screened to provide pool privacy
Car is advisable but not absolutely necessary, the dolmus mini bus can be hailed from the gate house
Walking distance to local beach and sea but check they allow public guests. Some beach clubs are private
