Set in a peaceful hillside position close to Yalıkavak, Villa Luma combines relaxed family living with spectacular Aegean views. The villa features a private pool, multiple terrace levels and a choice of outdoor seating and dining areas designed to make the most of the panoramic outlook

Being only 5 mins drive from Yalikavak Marina, you'll take in open views of the Aegean Sea, some Greek and Turkish Islands, Yalikavak Bay and the exclusive Yalikavak Marina itself. A minute or so further takes you to the Old Town and Harbour area and further on along the sea front, the Boat Yard, all within the much loved resort of Yalikavak. All of this is against a beautiful hillside backdrop

The villa is furnished in a light, modern, Scandinavian-inspired style, with bright minimalist interiors and a stunning wall of blue sea views that greet you as you enter, creating an immediate sense of space and calm
Laid out over 3 floors Luma offers:
Ground Floor (entrance and mid level):
Cloakroom/WC, open plan lounge, interior dining. All rooms are sea facing with mesmerising views.
The stylish lounge has new furniture a SMART TV with the usual NETFLIX/YouTube Apps.
New fully fitted kitchen leads to an internal dining area which leads out to the spacious dining balcony.
All rooms have amazing sea views, you are almost hit with a wall of blue sea as you enter this villa
First Floor: Top Level/Master Bedroom and Bedroom 4
Bedroom 1 - master en-suite King bed bedroom, with a shower, wash basin and WC. Access to large sea-facing balcony with impressive uninterrupted panoramic views of Yalikavak Marina and Bay.
Bedroom 4 adjoins the master bedroom via a connecting door, this is an open plan room with wash basin and shower (this room has a 'trundle' style bed which can be a single or double bed). It has access to the sea-facing balcony and its own separate entrance and external stairs leading down to the pool or out towards the villa's entrance gate
Lower Ground Floor: Bedrooms 2 and 3
Internal stairs from the living area lead down to Bedroom 2 (has a king size bed) and 3 (has twin single beds. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite shower room, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 3 and larger bedroom of the two, has a separate family bathroom just across the hallway with shower, wash basin and WC. Each of these bedrooms have sliding French doors leading directly onto a shaded terrace area in front of the pool
