Entrance Level: The entrance opens into a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area with a central island and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading to spacious terraces leting the outside in. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens, with shaded lounge and dining areas creating the perfect space for outdoor living. A guest cloakroom with shower is also located on this level. Elegant marble stairs with contemporary glass balustrades connect all floors, from the garden level to the rooftop terrace.
First Floor: The first floor offers a peaceful retreat with 3 spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, private balcony and glimpses of the sea, while the second bedroom also has its own balcony. A third double bedroom, a family bathroom and a dedicated office space overlooking the poo,l complete this level. All bedrooms include generous built-in wardrobes.
Garden Floor: The garden level can be enjoyed as a self-contained annex, offering additional privacy for larger groups or extended families. It features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, opening onto a private garden with fruit trees. This floor also offers 3 further bedrooms: a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a single en-suite bedroom, ideal for a nanny or staff member.
