The gardens are split into 3 areas on different levels... the area around the pool terrace, BBQ and dining area; a lower level pebbled garden area with natural tree shade; each garden area is planted with mandarin/lemon and other fruit trees plus olive trees, hence Olive & Stone!
The house is very close to the Leleg Trail, interesting for those liking walking and nature holidays. Once an important trade route, the Leleg Road Bodrum section is now a 22km trekking route taking in the beautiful natural scenery surrounding Olive & Stone Villa
TO NOTE: Below the house and pool is a small outbuilding on separate land tucked away to the side of the parking area, this outbuilding is sometimes occupied in July and August by the owner's relations/friends. This outbuilding cannot be seen from the main garden or pool and is accessed by shared access off the parking drive level - if the main house is in use, any occupants inside the outbuilding will not use any of the grounds of the house, swimming pool or park inside the gates. They will have access rights only so as not to disturb anyone at the main house
