Stunning open sea views, beautiful infinity pool, private gardens and just a short drive (or walk) to Yalikavak Old Harbour and Marina.. The pool area is very private which suits many of our guests requiring privacy around the pool and its close to boutique hotels and beach clubs. The owner has refurbished all 3 bedrooms and shower rooms in 2024/25 giving Palm a super fresh modern look.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa - Smoking is allowed in outside areas

Things to know about Palm Villa
Additional bed space available for 1 or 2 people on the mezzanine area sofa bed, please enquire about this optional space
Car advisable however, Yalikavak is walkable in 20/30 mins or so along the sea front path. The dolmus minibus also runs below the villa
Palm is in a sought after residential area of Yalikavak which is popular and frequented by Turkish holiday makers who love the sea in this area
A set of stone steps lead up from the entrance gate to the entrance door, these may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or young children
