Walk through to a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area (pool and garden facing). Superb modern fully fitted kitchen, inside dining area, lounge seating and TV. Access to the terrace, pool and garden.

First Floor: Left side bedroom which is spacious and has an office/desk ideal for those who need to work. This shares the family bathroom (next room) with twin sinks and shower room - opposite is a large room with a single bed - both rooms have side views. The master bedroom and en-suite spans the front of the villa, this room is very spacious and has a dressing room, beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower and free standing bath tub. This master bedroom opens onto the balcony which runs across the frontage and provides pool, garden and sea views
External Bedroom: The 5th bedroom is a separate detached guest room near the villa's entrance, offering additional privacy from the main villa. With a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, it is perfect for guests who prefer a quieter, more independent space. This room also has a small kitchenette so is ideal for teenagers or a nanny

A VERY PRIVATE villa with hijab-friendly swimming pool and gardens. There is no sea view from the pool, ground floor level
Car not absolutely neccessary its a 20 minute walk to Yalikavak centre
From the parking drive there's a path with steps leading down the garden to the entrance door
Close to the entrance is a separate building which is Bedroom 5 - this room has a king bed, shower room, kitchenette
