The Retreat Layout & Design
The Retreat is a single level building with the main house on one level, 3 further guest suites below on another level and connecting step leads behind the main house to the purpose built Office/'mancave' building above. Walkways or steps connect all buildings
Main House: Open plan, living/dining area, kitchen, pantry with washing machine.
Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) with bathroom and sauna/steam room opposite. Access to outside dining and pool aea. Separate outside access to purpose built gym/fitness room with reformer Pilates, TRX, exercise cycle, bench, weight machines
Looking to the Sea To the left of the main house building, a separate DOUBLE LEVEL building with:
Bedrooms 2 & 3 at ground level, these 2 bedrooms both have a bathroom each, a study/lounge seating area and access to the pool and pool terrace.
Downstairs, lower ground level to: Bedroom 4 (currently has bunk beds) these can be removed and 2 Twin single beds added, bathroom with shower.
Guest Suites (separate single level buildings below main house) with living room/kitchen area and outside deck Bedrooms 5 & 6 each bedroom has its own shower room
Office/'Mancave' is a separate purpose built building above and behind the main house (with commanding views to the sea) and connected by open tread steps from the main house.

The Retreat Inside: Everything You Need for a Perfect Stay
NOTE: The Retreat's housekeeper and husband live in a small property within the grounds which cannot be seen from the house. Housekeeping is included 6 days a week, not on Sundays
All our villas are self-catering. However, for those who want a little extra in terms of housekeeping/cooking, this can be prearranged at extra cost for additional cleaning/light housekeeping duties.
Also, the housekeeper can shop for ingredients, prepare and clear away Turkish breakfasts or simple Turkish cuisine, for extra cost - a guide price for this is around Euro 100 per day plus the cost of ingredients
