We also love how easy it is to live in. The single-level layout means no outside steps and just a few indoors, while the interiors feel like a true home-from-home, full of personality and charm. 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8), 4 Bathrooms, plenty of inside and outside space make this a superb family/couples Bodrum holiday villa.

The Rocks 180 Villa Layout & Design
This villa is perfect for those who don't like stairs, or have mobility problems. It's laid out bungalow style, single level in a U shape, with approx 5 steps from the entrance hall leading up to the Bedrooms then a walkway connecting all 4 bedrooms
Living Areas: Entrance hall (with cloakroom/WC), large fully fitted kitchen (new in 2024), lounge and internal dining area with access to the outside, the gardens, the pool and dining terrace
Sleeping Areas: 1 of the 4 en-suite bedrooms (Bedroom 3) is positioned close to the main living area, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer minimal distance and easy access.
A connecting hallway leads through to the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is the most spacious, featuring both a bath and separate shower, along with two sets of doors opening out—one to a private terrace with garden and bay views, and another providing entrance to the side terrace and garden. Bedroom 4 (twin) is positioned between the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 (known as the 2nd Master) which is at the back of the villa and the first room reached along the walkway
