Entrance Level: on entering the villa, there is an open plan living room with large TV, dining area, kitchen area. This Entrance floor level has access to the garden and pool and outside dining and seating
Lower ground floor : internal stairs lead down where there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms plus a 'guest cloakroom with WC and wash basin'. 2 of these bedrooms share a bathroom and have superb pool/garden/sea views. Bedroom 3 is down a few steps more and has natural light via window, but without views, this room has an an en-suite shower room. A laundy/utility room is also at this level
First Floor: Contemporary wooden stairs lead from the entrance floor living area to the first floor master bedroom suite 1, dressing room and en-suite shower room, this room has access to a sea-facing balcony.
