Villa Tia Layout & Design
Built on 3 levels, Tia's room layout is:
Entrance Level: at first floor with entrance hallway, leading to a large living room and open plan fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen, offset internal dining area, guest cloakroom with WC and wash basin. At this level there are two large balconies with both lounge and dining furniture.
Top Floor: 3 en-suite bedrooms, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and drawer space. Two of these bedrooms have their own private sea facing balconies and furnished seating areas.
Ground Level: spacious living room, kitchenette and Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom) with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. This room has a King size bed and doors which open onto the pool terrace and gardens, sea view, as well as the 2nd downstairs living room. Bedroom 5 is also en-suite at ground floor level and has a separate entrance.
All Bedrooms are fitted with A/C units. A foldaway tybe baby bed and high chair is available should guests require this.
