Zeytin has been renovated over the last few years, bathrooms, kitchen, TV/Movie room, pool and garden all new for our guests to enjoy. The pool and garden area is very private, good for those needing pool privacy, and with the short walk to the sea and town, Zeytin Gundogan is the perfect holiday villa home

Zeytin is a single level, U shaped villa, with approx 5 steps from the entrance hall leading up to the Bedrooms
Living Areas: Entrance hall (with cloakroom/WC), large fully fitted kitchen and dining area, with access to the outside, the gardens, the pool and dining terrace. A cinema/movie room is at the back of the lounge for those wanting to chill out in the heat ...
Sleeping Areas: 1 of the 4 en-suite bedrooms is close to the living area and is suitable for guests with mobility problems. A walkway connects the living areas of the house to the main bedroom area and has bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, all have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a shower and bath and 2 sets of doors leading to outside - a private terrace facing the gardens and views, also it has access to the pool and garden terrace. Bedroom 4 (twin bedroom) also has access to a side terrace area of the garden

Please note: Your booking remains provisional until it has been confirmed by us and the reservation deposit is paid.
