our bodrum based guest and property managers 

 

All properties we manage have an English and Turkish speaking property/guest manager. This person will be your point of contact during your stay and will meet you on arrival, hand over keys or show you around the villa/apartment (depending on the type of property). This will give you peace of mind knowing there is someone locally you can call on if you need to. 

 

We work closely with villa/guest managers and provide both guests and managers with information for your arrival and departure.  

 

Property owners select these people and are therefore in regular contact with them too which means, should anything malfunction, your locally based property/guest manager is able to quickly resolve issues or will contact the owner for advice and authorisation if required.
