The villas are set on a green hillside covered in olive and mandarin trees and overlook the sea and seaside town of Yalikavak. Each villa is cleverly designed to look like single level properties but they have a lower ground floor too. This premium quality villa has 3 bedrooms at living level and 3 bedrooms at the lower ground floor level

All villas at this location have private pools, private gardens, sea and hillside views. Most have, 5 bedrooms and sleep 10 guests total but Emerald has 6 bedrooms and can sleep 12 guests. Emerald is beautifully furnished and presented to high standards with very modern bathrooms and kitchen. Emerald Villa is a superb Bodrum holiday villa in a quiet location but only 1.5km to Yalikavak Centre and Palmarina. Location: Central Yalikavak, Bodrum Peninsula Turkey

Emerald Villa Yalikavak is named due to its green surroundings, it is located on the hillside overlooking Yalikavak's old harbour area and looks towads Yalikavak bay, you'll see stunning sunsets from Emerald. It is an easy walk from the villa to the centre of the resort, beach etc and walkable in 20 minutes (1.5km) and less than a 5 minute drive) to Central Yalikavak. All Yalikavak's supermarkets, ATMs, shops, cafe's restaurants and beaches can be reached quickly.

Bodrum Milas International Airport is approximately 40 mins drive from these villas and from the villa, a 15 minute drive to central Bodrum

The Bodrum Peninsula

On the Bodrum Peninsula buildings are not permitted to be built more than 2 storeys high, and there are no buildings higher than 3 stories in the whole Peninsula. This tends to make the area look particularly attractive. Most of the buildings are white washed cubes, similar to those in the Greek Islands. This is because this part of Turkey used to belong to Greece and some of the Greek Islands used to belong to Turkey. As you can imagine, there is a lot of history around the area.

Views to the sea and Yalikavak bay can be seen from Emerald's garden and terrace area, to the sides of these villas are olive trees and mandarin gardens.

A moveable shade umbrella can be found at pool side to provide shade
