In Yalikavak, Bodrum, it is rare to find private villas to rent which front on to the beach and sea... Peninsula Villas Bodrum are very excited to announce we can offer 4 such villas all with private pools, open sea views (of course), a private paved platform with access into the sea, 5-10m to the sea and flexible accommodation which can sleep up to 14 guests total. An added bonus is that the villas are within a minute or 2 walk to a well known restaurant and 15 mins walk to the Bodrum Edition Hotel, Yalikavak.
Villa Jupiter is one of these 4 villas and the closest to the beach. Jupiter has 3 sister villas, Venus, Sun and Moon, all are identical build, furnished in similar contemporary and functional style and in the same location either next to or behind each other. Some of these villas offer flexible accommodation/rental options and each villa can be booked as a separate villa sleeping up to 14 guests or, due to each villa having 2 separate entrances, for some out of peak season weeks we are offering options as either a 3 bedroom villa with private pool or a 4 bedroom villa with a private pool.

ABOUT VILLA JUPITER
Villa Jupiter is closest to the sea, has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is offered as a complete 7 bedroom holiday villa with 2 entrances, private pool/gardens and is available for weekly and longer stays.
Jupiter is front row, the small stretch of beach is merely steps away. The private paved platform with access into the sea is for guest use staying at any of these villas. Next door is a well known Istanbul restaurant which has a Yalikavak outlet. This restaurant, being so close, is a bonus for any guests staying at Jupiter, Sun, Moon and Venus villas.

Some villas will be offered split (either as 3 bedrooms or as 4 bedrooms) during the lower season weeks. This means the other part of the villa will not be rented during these periods ensuring guests have complete use of the private pool and less bedrooms. Each villa has 3 floors and 2 separate entrances splitting the villa's accommodation, perfect for larger groups who want their own privacy and space but want to holiday together as extended families or groups of friends.
At the ground foor level entrance, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Jupiter is NOT offered as a split villa therefore this smaller accommodation is not an option, see Villas Moon and Sun for smaller split options
The upper floors level has a separate entrance door and is a 2 floor villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Jupiter is NOT offered as a split villa therefore this smaller accommodation is not an option, see Villas Moon and Sun for smaller split options

Annie has been very informative every step of the way provided us with ample amounts of information, help and advice. Annie put us in touch with the owners of the Villa we stayed in, they too were fantastic.
Annie found the most perfect Villa for us, she provided us with information packs for the Villa itself, the surrounding area and she organised our transfers, she also provided all contact information.
