Located in a quiet residential area at Gumuskaya which is approx 8 mins drive to Yalikavak in one direction and 10/15 to Gumusluk in the other. The larger town of Turgutreis is approx 15/20 mins the other side of Gumusluk.

Just 45 minutes drive from Bodrum Milas International Airport and between 8 minutes to Yalikavak Marina and town centre. Bodrum town centre is a quick 15/20 minute drive, Gundogan bay aprox 15/20 mins. Other Peninsula towns all approx 10/15 mins drive from each other.

Exterior: Stunning Sea Views, Shared infinity Pool and Private Terrace and Gardens
Stunning unobstructed sea views, a sizeable dining/lounging terrace with BBQ space provides a Summer outdoor living lifestyle at Villa Serenity. The magnificent shared infinity pool (shown in the photos) is literally a short walk away, there you will find sun loungers, shade and lounge furniture to enjoy. Guests at Villa Serenity have often commented they had the pool to themselves! The reason for this is there are only 20 villas at this location, 11 of them have private pools therefore this large pool is never overused or crowded as the larger villas owners and guests use their own pools.

BEACHES
Gumuskaya beach(s) are split between private areas for owners and guess of nearby sites and Gumuskaya public beach. If you are turned away, you will likely be at a private resident's beach.

The main beach in Yalikavak is long and narrow and lined with a few restaurants. It is easy to sit back and not worry where your next drink or meal will come from! Yalikavak's beach is never busy and you won't be sandwhiched in amongst sun loungers. Away from the harbour end of town, the quieter the beach becomes. Yalikavak is always said to be a little cooler in the summer than other parts of the region due to the gentle offshore breezes. Whereas Bodrum is hot, in all respects, in summer.

Yalikavak is renowned for its superb sunsets and unspoilt shoreline. Its sparkling clean sea is one of the few remaining abodes of the endangered “Monachus Monachus” Mediterranean seals and therefore a protected area. In 2002 Yalikavak Bay was awarded the "Blue Flag" for its clean waters.

Local buses (Dolmus) go to most local villages as well as Bodrum town and are a cheap way of getting around. Other towns worth a visit by bus are Gundgoan, Gumusluk, Turgutreis. Dolmus mini buses to these run from Yalikavak bus depot regularly all year and more frequently in the summer season

Guest Feedback for holidays at Villa Serenity

Would definitely recommend Peninsula villas and would have no hesitation in staying at villa Serenity in the future | August 2022
Booked Villa Serenity via peninsula villas. The booking process was effortless and pre holiday information was clear with excellent communication from Annie. The Villa is located in a lovely development and although doesn’t have its own pool, the large communal infinity pool is superb. Watching the Sunset while still in pool is a great experience.
The interior of Villa is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well laid out. It felt quite spacious (only two of us) but would be comfortable for four people given there are two good shower rooms. Carly is a lovely host and was on hand for any queries/requests, responding very quickly. All contact carried out easily via what’s app.
We did not have a car, but utilised the dolmus system which runs past the development to get in/out of Yalikavak. Takes about ten minutes journey time. This is a very cheap method of transport and is an hourly service. Taxis are plentiful in Yalikavak and cost £4 to Villa Serenity.
The Villa is located at top of development with a fairly steep access road. We utilised the steps and walkway via swimming pool which we found to be easier and provided nice views.
Would definitely recommend Peninsula villas and would have no hesitation in staying at villa serennity in the future.

Villa Serenity is a perfect place for a relaxed holiday | July 2022
Villa Serenity is a perfect place for a relaxed holiday. The terrace has a fantastic sea view. Also all the windows of the villa are panoramic so we enjoyed the sea view from almost every spot of it. The villa is full of natural light and it has everything you need for a comfort living. The territory of the development where the villa is situated is very well maintained with a lot of beautiful flowers and trees. There is a wonderful smell when you go out. The manager of the villa is very helpful and was always available when we needed something. We will definetly return next year

A Wonderful Holiday at Villa Serenity| August 2021
We spent wonderful holidays at Villa Serenity
The villa is well furnished and well located. If there is one thing to change, it would be mattresses which are according to us a little bit to soft .
There is nothing to say about the service provided by Carley. The house is very well maintained and Carley is always ready to help.
