Natural countryside, olive groves, green hillside and farmland views surround the villa and if its a beach you want, the sandy beach and amenities at Ortakent/Yahsi is less than 5km from the villa.

Location: Ortakent, Bodrum Peninsula, Turkey. Close to Beaches at Yahsi and Ortakent. Bodrum town centre 10km (15 mins drive)
Villa Yahsi is just 45 mins drive from Bodrum Milas International Airport and less than 5 km to Ortakent/Yahsi beach. The beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, shops and bars and has a harbour and day boat jetty, locals will know the beach is split into Yahsi side and Ortakent side but to those not in the know, it appears one long stretch of beach which has sun loungers and beach umbrellas available to rent from a variety of vendors depending on the location of beach you choose.
Camel Beach is well known in the area and this is another 1.5km from Ortakent/Yahsi beach
Ortakent town/village itself has lots of local shops, bakery, smaller supermarkets, petrol stations etc but stay on the road 3 or 4 minutes towards Bodrum and you'll reach the Midtown Shopping Mall and large super/hypermarkets and other large shops. At Midtown Mall, Ortakent, there is a cinema, gym, children's playground, restaurants and shops selling international brands
The Bodrum Peninsula
On the Bodrum Peninsula buildings are not permitted to be built more than 2 storeys high, and there are no buildings higher than 3 stories in the whole Peninsula. This tends to make the area look particularly attractive. Most of the buildings are white washed cubes or stone built, similar to those in the Greek Islands. This is because this part of Turkey used to belong to Greece and some of the Greek Islands used to belong to Turkey. As you can imagine, there is a lot of history around the area.

As listed above, Villa Yahsi has much larger than average private grounds and leisure facilities. Its private pool is 13m x 5m with small shallow area around its purpose built seating area and steps leading into the pool at its head. Although close to all amenities in Ortakent, Villa Yahsi is tucked away up a private gated drive and totally secluded from any other buildings nearby.
The large lawned gardens (two acres) lead from the villa to the pool and wrap around the sides of the property and include a variety of leisure facilities such as volleyball, basket ball, soccer/football, child's play house, badminton court. A shaded, furnished terrace runs across the frontage of the villa (pool and garden facing) and off the master bedroom is a private balcony with seating area. The large gardens offer lots of peaceful seating/lounging/dining areas, perfect for a peaceful family holiday in a private location.
