Offering luxury, convenience to the sea and gorgeous sea and sunset views, the villa sleeps 6 total with 2 en-suite bedrooms at the bottom level and at first floor, a dedicated 'suite' with bedroom en-suite bathroom, living room and kitchentte with fridge and dishwasher
As well as the private beach overwater bathing platform, Bali Bodrum has its own private pool and gardens PLUS a maid 'helper' who lives in a separate apartment in the grounds.
Note: the lady helper is available for daily cleaning, laundry duties and other 'on request' services such as breakfast/meal preparation (by prior arrangement and paid for locally as an extra). Included is light cleaning dutes 3 times weekly plus linen/towel change half way through 7 night stays and again on the 7th day and so on

Just 30m to the seashore in the Koyunbaba area of Yalikavak/Gumusluk, Bodrum. Open and uninterrupted sea views, over the Aegean sea to the Greek Islands. 10 mins one direction takes you to the historic fishing village of Gumusluk which has restaurants lining the water, whilst in the other direction a short drive takes you to the increasingly popular resort of Yalikavak.
A short 15 minute drive takes you to the centre of Yalikavak with its smart and impressive marina with branded shops, high end restaurants, beach club, bars. A short walk from the marina takes you to the buzzy restaurant lined old harbour and centre of Yalikavak old town which has retained its traditional Turkish feel and charm. The Bodrum Peninsula
On the Bodrum Peninsula buildings are not permitted to be built more than 2 storeys high, and there are no buildings higher than 3 stories in the whole Peninsula. This tends to make the area look particularly attractive. Most of the buildings are white washed cubes or stone built, similar to those in the Greek Islands. This is because this part of Turkey used to belong to Greece and some of the Greek Islands used to belong to Turkey. As you can imagine, there is a lot of history around the area.

** Beaches Bali Bodrum is literally 30m walk from the villa to its private beach overwater platform, this has access to the sea. Other beaches can be found around the coastline towards Yalikavak and Gumusluk, the area is popular for beach clubs but note some of these are private, some public. The sea water in this area is clean, clear and gentle, ideal for children and snorkelling
