Villa Chic is a sizeable modern and contemporary LUXURY styled FAMILY VILLA with beautifully designed high quality furniture and fittings.
Surrounded by natural hillside and greenery, the villa is in a quiet location (approx 1.2km to Yalikavak Marina) the house itself has been expertly designed to provide the perfect family holiday accommodation.
Villa Chic's attraction is its closeness to Yalikavak Centre, well-known and popular Turkish Breakfast (Kahvalti) restaurants literally within 3/5 mins walk and 900m to Yalikavak's Market (Pazaar) area of the town.
To keep Villa Chic's appearance chic, twice weekly cleaning is included plus a 1 time linen change in a stay of 7 nights.
On the ground floor is an airy, open plan living space complete with comfortable stylish lounge, dining area (internal dining table and chairs) which leads into a state-of-the art kitchen with large island and breakfast bar. Downstairs there is a double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and also a cloakroom with WC and shower to the right of the entrance hall. The Wifi is fast and the flat screen TV connects to various channels including Netflix.
On the first floor you'll find 3 elegant, incredibly spacious ensuite bedrooms, the layout is as follows:-

Outside, the spacious shaded terrace has both sitting and dining furniture and is surrounded by immaculately kepy gardens with bright shrubs and floral blossoms - the perfect place to read a book or sunbathe between cooling dips in your private pool. To keep younger guests entertained there is sports equipment and space to play in, or out of the sun. The villa has a private gated entrance meaning you can relax whilst younger children are safe to play within the garden.
Superbly located within easy reach of the centre of Yalikavak with it's vibrant waterfront restaurants, shops and cafes. A short trip to Bodrum with it's historic ruins, bustling shops and the stylish Marina Yacht club. Villa Chic has a plethora of fun options for days out within a short distance, including snorkelling, waterskiing, horse riding or a short trip to Dedeman Aquapark - one of the largest waterparks in Turkey.

I had the Villa Chic for 10 days start of Sept and Villa was spotless and beds comfy and the 2 x cleaners were really nice girls who immediately blended in with us
Annie’s restaurant list we followed every night and was great food every night.

Great Villa and well looked after by Ali. Villa has excellent pool and facilities. Walk is about 15mins to the Marina where there are some great restaurants and shops.
Close to the Villa (2mins) are some amazing traditional Turkish breakfast restaurants and they are a must.
