Pearl Penthouse is small and compact (approx 128m2), its balcony (which is spacious) runs the full width of the apartment and has lounge and dining furniture seating 6 and of course, spectacular views.
You're also a 10/15 minute drive to Yalikavak and the Marina; 20 mins drive to Golturbuku and 30 mins drive to Bodrum centre

Pearl Penthouse is on the top level and accessed via steps leading up from the car parking area. Once inside, the living space is all on one level
The owners (a family of 4) reside at the property full-time during 'out of holiday season' weeks therefore it is equipped and furnished completely for full-time living
Gundogan bay is classy and stylish, also only 10/15 mins drive to Yalikavak Marina
