In Yalikavak, Bodrum, it is rare to find private villas to rent which front on to the beach and sea... Peninsula Villas Bodrum are very excited to announce we can now offer 4 such villas all with private pools, open sea views (of course), an over water beach platform, 5-10m to the sea and flexible accommodation. An added bonus is that the villas are within a minute or 2 walk to a well known restaurant and 15 mins walk to the Bodrum Edition Hotel, Yalikavak.
Venus 4 is one of these 4 villas and has 3 sister villas, Jupiter, Sun and Moon, all are identical build, furnished in similar contemporary style and in the same location either next to or behind each other. Some of these villas offer flexible accommodation/rental options - see below:
ABOUT VILLA VENUS 4
Villa Venus is available for MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY during July and August. During other months - it is available for weekly or longer stays. Venus has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private use of the pool and ground floor patio area.
The small stretch of beach is merely steps away and the over water beach platform is for guest use staying at any of these villas, the platform is also shared with a well known local restaurant for their guests to use too. This restaurant, being so close, is a bonus for any guests staying at Moon, Jupiter, Sun and Venus villas.

Owners live at a separate property close to the villas and will be available should guests need assistance
Weekly cleaning included for stays longer than 7 nights, additional cleaning can be pre-arranged and paid for locally
Linen change half way through each week

Some villas will be offered monthly only for July and August, some will be offered weekly.
Some villas will be offered split (either as 3 bedrooms or as 4 bedrooms) during the lower season weeks. This means the other part of the villa will not be rented during these periods ensuring guests have complete use of the private pool and less bedrooms. Each villa has 3 floors and 2 separate entrances splitting the villa's accommodation, perfect for larger groups who want their own privacy and space but want to holiday together as extended families or groups of friends.
At the ground foor level entrance, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
The upper floor level has a separate entrance door and is a 2 floor villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
Each building has one private pool and garden.
